I’ve worked in healthcare for 19 years, and I know what a difference a primary care provider can make. This is a subscription model, with flexible appointment times and same day appointments. We’ll have time to closely follow your health priorities and listen to your concerns. You’ll have my personal cell phone for communication.

Fee: $125/mo, 2 month minimum.
