  • No. As of now I do not accept any health insurances and am cash only. A copy of the visit can be provided to submit to insurance if desired and insurance can be billed for any testing ordered, but while I can try to help facilitate this with providing notes submitting will be your responsability.

  • At this time Ark Health and Wellness is a solo practice by autonomous NP Robert Duffield. There is no physician employed by the practice nor are there collaboration agreements.

  • After starting weight management together, I typically would like to see you the next month to ensure there are no adverse effects and the medication is effective, after that visits are as you need refills (if you use compounded versions of these medications typically around 6 weeks). Visits are available more frequently than this if you have any concerns.n text goes here

  • No, at this time I do not prescribe controlled substances, as a nurse practitioner my DEA license requires a supervising physician.

  • Yes! In fact, I have patients all over Florida I help with telehealth visits. At this time I only have a Florida License.
