What to expect at our first appointment:

  • Laying a foundation

    Starting a therapeutic relationship correctly is imperative. Whether wellness or weight loss, my goal is to understand your health goals, gather an understanding of your health challenges, and begin to build trust.

  • Studies

    If you have any lab studies, pertinent health records, or imaging, be sure to bring those to your appointment. We can discuss them together there. If you are wanting to be seen for weight management, please bring labs from the last two years. If you don’t have any, we can order some.

  • Creating a plan

    After understanding where we’re coming from, we can make priorities and create a plan using your input to improve your health.

There is more to wellness than avoiding sickness.
